Summer Vacations, Firearms, History, Mountains and More

Summertime means vacation time so we’ve spent ours exploring the West. We headed to the Buffalo Bill Center of the West and spent time at the Cody Firearms Museum in Wyoming.

Next, we visited the beautiful city of Kalispell, Montana which hosted the Professional Outdoor Media Association’s annual conference. A pleasant surprise at the conference was a panel, which included renowned scientist, Shane Mahoney.

We then traveled up to and fly fished at Glacier National Park. Although I live in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, which are gorgeous, you have to see Glacier. It is spectacular.

If you have a chance, these are all excellent places to visit, for anyone looking for an educational, outdoor, family vacation with some U.S. History added to it.
