Durango, CO – For the past six years Tracy and Lanny Barnes have been a part of an incredible organization called Babes with Bullets. It is the only firearms training academy for women, taught by women that travels across the U.S. They offer training for women at the novice level, who’ve never touched firearms before to the more intermediate female shooter, looking to advance her skills and become more proficient.
All of the camps are taught under a fun, non-intimidating atmosphere. Each program is taught by women who are national and world shooting sports champions. Tracy and Lanny will be hosting this event along with two other experienced Babes With Bullets handgun camp instructors, in Durango, CO on September 9th-11th 2016.
You do not need any prior experience with a firearm to attend this camp. These camps are designed to help you become very proficient in the use of a pistol in just three short days.
The Babes with Bullets Camp is for you –
- If you have ever been worried about what to do if you came across a firearm.
- If you have firearms in your house that you don’t know how to use.
- If you’re interested in learning how to use a firearm for protection.
- If you want to learn to use firearms for competition.
- If you simply to be able to shoot better than your husband or significant other when they take you to the range.
- If you’re looking to overcome a fear of firearms.

If you don’t have a firearm, don’t worry. Babes with Bullets has firearms and all the equipment you will need free of charge (excluding ammo) to take the course, or you can always use your own.
Housing is provided in the camp fee, however if you have your own arrangements or are staying at home, a reimbursement will be made for that portion of the camp fee. The camp fee also covers the three days of instruction, group lodging (usually a big rental house), and lunch all three days at the range and usually one group dinner during the event.
