BASALT, Colo. Colorado Parks and Wildlife, partnering with the National Rifle Association, will offer a free, women's Cast and Blast on Saturday, Aug. 8, in Basalt. All women 18 and older interested in learning how to fly fish and the safe use of shotguns are encouraged to sign up for the one-day seminar.
